These terms govern your use of discme, accessible at discme.app. By using discme, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
discme is intended for users aged 13 and over. The Ask discme AI chat feature is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using Ask discme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
discme is a personality assessment tool based on the DISC behavioural framework. It includes an AI-powered chat feature ('Ask discme') and other tools designed for personal insight and self-development purposes only. The results, profiles, AI responses, and all other content provided by discme are for informational and educational purposes — they are not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, therapy, medical advice, or any other professional service.
You may use discme for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access it in ways that could damage or impair it, scraping or reproducing its content without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Ask discme uses artificial intelligence to provide personalised responses based on your DISC personality profile. AI-generated responses are not professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on AI responses for any decision of consequence, including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship decisions. discme is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from acting on AI-generated content.
Ask discme operates on a credit system. Free credits are provided to all users. Additional credits may be purchased as a one-time credit pack (30 credits, $3.99) or a Plus subscription (100 credits/month, $6.99/month). Prices are displayed in USD. Your bank or card provider will convert to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time.
One-time credit packs: if you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once any credits have been used, that purchase is non-refundable. Plus subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you have lost access to the email address associated with your account and are unable to cancel your subscription through Lemon Squeezy, please contact us at support@discme.app — we will arrange cancellation and a refund for any unused credits upon verification of your account. To request a refund, please contact us at refunds@discme.app.
When using Ask discme, you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory; attempt to manipulate or bypass the AI's design; or use the AI to generate content intended to harm others.
All content on discme — including profile descriptions, growth content, relationship overlays, and the assessment itself — is the intellectual property of discme. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
Personality assessments are inherently probabilistic — your results reflect tendencies and patterns, not fixed or definitive descriptions of who you are. AI responses are produced by an automated system and may not always be accurate, relevant, or appropriate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of any content for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, discme is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including any reliance on AI-generated responses. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
We may update, modify, or discontinue discme or any part of it at any time. Changes to credit pricing or subscription terms will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of discme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
